Mr Low is the Project & Operations Director and Co-founder of the Company. Having over 22+ years of accumulated experience in the construction and building industry. Prior to founding the company, he was the Project Director of the Construction Company Koon Seng Construction Pte Ltd where he started to rise through the ranks from project engineer to project manager to project director in his 12+ years of tenure in the company. He has led a wide variety of Commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. He oversees all key aspects of Bespoke’s construction function and business operations.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is an accredited Professional Project Manager and is accredited with various certification courses and participated in specialized programs in Singapore

Mr Siew joined Bespoke Builders on February 2023. he has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Bespoke, he was a Project Manager at Kwan Yong Construction Pte Ltd and previously with Koon Seng Construction Pte Ltd as Project Engineer rising to Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager. He has an extensive experience in Institutional Projects A&A and New Build during his 10-year tenure. He manages Bespoke projects day to day operation, budgeting, and on-time completion.

He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney, Australia. A Diploma in Civil and Structure Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic. He also holds various course certificates and accreditation pertinent to the industry profession and specialized programs in Singapore

Ms Sng joined Bespoke at its inception. She has amassed 30+ years of experience in a wide variety of roles and responsibilities. Holding positions in 2 of the chain of the built environment industry, from developer to contractor. Prior to Bespoke, she was with Ascendas Services Pte Ltd as a Contracts & Procurement Admin Manager promoted to Project Manager leading and managing A&A works & Facilities Management, an Assistant Contract Manager in the construction company Soil Build Pte Ltd led and managed Bid Teams, a QS in Bovis Lend Lease Pte Ltd for 10 years carried out various projects from commercial buildings to refurbishment works to Hotel to A&A works to a Mall, to fitout and extension to Institutions, and Residential Buildings to warehouses. She manages the operation of Bespoke’s Tendering QS Team, Procurement, Purchasing & Project Budgeting.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, UK. Advanced Diploma and Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Singapore Polytechnic. She is also an accredited ISO internal Auditor and participated in certification course in Construction Law & Contracts.

Mr Andres joined Bespoke Builders on November 2022. He has more than 22+ years of Architecture and Building Construction experience. A licensed Architect in the Philippines and has been a member of the United Architects of the Philippines since July 2001, he has gained experience designing and managing design & build residential bungalows and mid-rise building projects, and commercial & restaurant interior fit-out before moving to Singapore. Before joining Bespoke, he was the Architectural Manager of the Construction Company Keong Hong Pte Ltd spear heading Hotel A&A & Residential project, and was with a Consultancy Firm Architects 61 Pte Ltd for 13 years developing designs, and managing various projects ranging from High-end high-rise Residential Buildings, Public Housing, Mixed Use Developments to Institutional & Infrastructure projects. He is overseeing the Technical Standards, Systems, and Processes of Bespoke.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. Accredited in BCA’s BIM Course Architecture Track, Participated in BCA’s Principles of Integrated Digital Delivery course, and other various courses and specialized programs in Singapore

Mr Amistad joined Bespoke at its inception. With 15+ years of experience in construction management with excellent organizational, time-management, scheduling, and conflict-resolution abilities. Experienced in defining, creating, and overseeing all project deliverables. Proven leadership skills and strong technical background. Always focused on improvement. He handles planning and execution and leads the project site team.

He holds Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, Manila, Philippines. He also holds various course certificates and accreditation pertinent to the industry profession and specialized programs in Singapore

Mr Goh Is with Bespoke in its Establishment. A Productive Site Manager with 30+ years of track record of providing quality construction work. Expertise in construction management, reading and interpreting construction documents, and managing equipment operations and labor. Excellent knowledge of operation and safety protocols for diverse industry equipment.
